Primary

Sunday was Corbin's first day of Primary.  Our ward switched to 9:00.  Getting out the door was a bit of a challenge, but we made it.  We have been talking to Corb about going to primary for a few weeks. He is THE YOUNGEST kid in his class. I have been a bit nervous for him to go.  He was so excited to go....until we got there.  Good thing I am in the primary presidency and was able to coax him into going in the room.  He sat by me during the opening exercises and told me he wanted to go back to nursery....he kept that attitude up until singing time started.  That totally changed his mind.  He sat and sang so well.  Then it came time to go to class.....and I don't know if you know this but, going to class is REALLY hard for a 3 year old.  He cried and didn't want to go.  I walked him to his class and left.  When I went to pick him up he was grinning from ear to ear.  He got his very own CTR ring and proudly told me what it stood for.  We got in the car and went home.  He informed me at lunch that "the son of God is Jesus."

Just before church.
Porter was feeling left out so we had to take a picture of him too. (Don't mind the messy face.)

Cutest pictures! And I know how you feel, Mersadie just went to Primary too...She turns 4 in March, so she was the OLDEST in nursery. She wanted to go back to nursery the first week too, but now loves primary as well. It's hard transitioning, for sure. Your boys are such cuties!

Oh my goodness!! I can't believe he's in primary! What a good boy, too! I think it's awesome that he loved singing time and that he's learning about Jesus in his classes! I can't wait for that. :-)
